What is Facebook?
Facebook is a very popular social networking website that is blocked by many schools, campuses and offices throughout the world. Despite this block, many teenagers and office workers are able to access Facebook indirectly. If using a proxy service to bypass the school or office firewall is against the rules of your school or office, then you would assume all risk for using them. Facebook once again expanded in 2006. The service was expanded to many additional countries such as India and Israel. A blogging system, Facebook Notes, was added to the site along with the ability for users to import blogs hosted on other popular blogging websites. Finally, in September, Facebook opened its doors to any user with a valid e-mail address.
